Sunset!

I forget sometimes how I love sunsets. What a beautiful thing. Here in Florida I am blessed with a beautiful sunset everyday if I want to. This weekend we enjoyed a beautiful sunset with amazing, dramatic sky. My dear friend Emma has been visiting from Sweden. She is my model whenever I get my chance. She is sooooo photogenic and I had a blast photographing her for about 30 minutes before the light went bye bye. Here are some images from Saturday night at Fort De Soto Beach.

 




Friendship!

I wanted to raise a glass for friendship! How great is it not to share things with your friends? To have someone to call and chit chat with. To share your crazy dreams with, to laugh with and to enjoy a cup of coffee with? Here is a picture that represent friendship. When we are little we do crazy things, and when we are older, but still young, we still should do crazy things, like painting our faces and such! Have a lovely day!

Today I felt like featuring my friend and photographer on my blog. I photographed her in the fall of 2009. This image was not one of her favorites but it is mine. So here she is, Malin, look how beautiful and soulful she is.

Classmates!

Oh how I love this picture! This is a "group shot" if you want to call it that!! :) Well, I wanted to take pictures of all of us for our information folder for the exhibition that we are about to have in December. It was not going to be anything special but a picture of each and everyone of us. So I grabbed each and everyone and took a quick, yes literally, quick shot. (Could have thought more about positioning exactly at the same spot, is the light exactly the same?, etc. ) But all I did was using the same spot, and the same reading. Well, I put them together like this and I have done nothing to them, strictly originals. They do not need anything done to them in my opinion!!! Ha ha !! If anybody else notices that in each picture, the light in the background complements something else in the picture. It is so cool how that works. WOW  I am so thrilled about this simple collage, isn't that just great?????
