this is what i love

Yesterday I hooked up with an old "horse friend" at her horses stable, and that was great. I grew up in the stables, and that was great. I do not know anything better to do while growing up, but to get to take responsibility for these beautiful animals, feed them, clean them, exercise them, clean their stalls, build their fences, get up early to let them out, make sure they get inside in the afternoon, fed them, brush them, cuddle them and well yes, just care for them. It is a great privilege to have done this growing up, to have taken responsibility. I am so glad that I was and am a true animal lover.
